Instructions: Start with the end in mind

This is where future jumping can pay off. When you are working on something you want in your life, that you are in charge of (you can’t set goals for your spouse; sorry!) it helps to start with the end in mind. If you were one of those kids that day-dreamed in school you are in luck, this will be easy for you. If however, you actually were paying attention to the teacher, you may suck at this. Here’s a quick instruction guide to visualize the final picture.

When aligned with your vision (your heart and head are co-operating) you close your eyes and imagine you see a picture of what you want to happen…focus on your body and how having achieved this goal makes you feel.

How does it look to have your heart’s desire? What color is it? Make it brighter turn on the High Definition, add another dimension. Focus on that picture…and then press the shutter – preserve that photo memory in time.

There you are, holding a picture of you at that moment in time when you already have what you are after. It’s charged, it’s full of hope and your future vision. You want it! You don’t have it yet! This creates the creative tension to move you forward.

This movie is what you are moving towards. This picture is the magnetic force field that will pull you forward. The secret is to know what you want, and focus on the feeling that you will have when you get it (not the feeling of wanting it, or you will sadly just get more wanting – hey it works for negative stuff too!). This is the act as if game, often called fake it till you make it. Key difference is the picture must be disassociated, you are looking at your twin self in the picture.

If you are stuck in the picture looking out through your own eyes, jump out, and look back at when you were there, and then click.

Hope this helps …a quickie get focused exercise – don’t forget to feel it in your body!

How will you be feeling tomorrow when you already have what you want?

Love your life… this is it – there is no tomorrow… let’s not wait anymore – the wicked wizard cast a spell of dis-empowerment over you when you were three … break it Now!

Hey wana cookie?
